Booking and confirmation
Submitting a wishlist through this website is an enquiry, not a booking. Nothing is charged at that point. We will check availability for your date and come back to you with a quote. Your hire is only confirmed once we have confirmed it with you in writing.
Delivery
We deliver across Picton, Camden, Camden Park, Camden South, Narellan, Leppington, Douglas Park, Menangle, Tahmoor, Thirlmere, Bargo, Yanderra, Wilton, Orangeville, Moss Vale, Bowral and Wollongong.
Delivery is quoted on your location, the number of items and the access at the drop off point. We deliver to a single ground level location.
Additional charges may apply if items need to go above the ground floor, if the drop off point is more than 20 metres from our vehicle, if access involves stairs, lifts, escalators or steep inclines, if large quantities need extra people, or if delivery or collection is needed outside our regular hours. Please tell us about any of these at the time of booking so we can quote accurately and avoid a delivery being refused on the day.
Pick up and self transport
You are welcome to collect from us in Picton instead of paying for delivery. Please come with suitable transport and with blankets and straps to secure the items. Our team will check that your transport is safe before loading.
Photo ID is required at pick up. Pick up is during business hours and needs to be arranged in advance.
Care of hired items
Please keep everything dry and protected while it is with you. Damage to items during your event may lead to charges for repair or replacement, and we may hold the bond of the customer responsible until that is resolved.
Linen should be returned dry and free of food waste. There is no need to wash it, we take care of that.
Cancellations
If your plans change, let us know as early as you can. We will always try to be reasonable, particularly where the date can be re-booked.
